This apothecary truly started when my son was born, his little body needed support and I was determined to give that to him. Since then it has grown into something so much more beautiful and meaningful than I ever dreamed.

From the beginning, my intension has always been rooted in traditional wisdom. Learning from the plants, listening to the body, and creating remedies meant to support resilience, emotional regulation, and care for the body. 

Now, this work is growing deeper. 

I’m beginning my journey into naturopathy school, a step I’m taking to strengthen the roots of this apothecary through deeper education in both herbs and homeopathy, clinical understanding, and continued integrity in care.
