Shipping Policy

We carefully package and ship all orders through USPS and UPS. Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, delivery times and transportation are outside of our control.

Organically Alyssa is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather events, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and their local post office or UPS facility to initiate a search.

If a package is lost in transit, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide any documentation or information needed to assist with the claims process.

While we will make reasonable efforts to help customers resolve shipping issues, Organically Alyssa cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended. Orders declined for insurance are shipped at the customer’s risk.
