Nettle Elixir

Nettle is used to help mothers increase their milk supply. It can be used as a cleansing herb, flushing the body and specifically the kidneys, it can be taken internally and used for skin issues such as eczema. 

It is a mild styptic and can be used to help with internal bleeding or nose bleeds. It can also be used to support the body during seasonal allergies or asthma attacks.
