Elderflower Tincture

Elderflower is the little sister of the famous elderberry, she pops up in early summer and brings a host of benefits. Elderflower has fever-supportive properties that help vent out the heat, and she is gentle enough for both adults and children alike. 

Elderflower can also help relax the respiratory track alleviating congestion, wheezing, tight airways, and swollen sinuses (sinusitis) making her perfect to reach for during illness. 

Suggested dosage: take 1-3 droppers every 2/3 hours until symptoms improve.
